Time is more precious than gold.
(Time is more valuable than gold)
We have heard and read this sentence countless times, but unfortunately, it is rarely acted upon. It is human nature to peek into the lives of others, comment on their affairs, and waste precious time in meaningless conversations.
If the same time is spent in the remembrance of Allah, recitation of the Quran, or studying a religious book, not only does the heart find peace, but the pleasure of the Almighty Lord is also attained.
Who is doing what?
Where are they going?
How is someone's life going?
Entangling oneself in these questions is tantamount to oppressing oneself.
Worry about the betterment of your world and the hereafter. Spend time in good deeds. Because when time slips out of hand, one is left with nothing but regret.
Just as the day does not return after the sun sets, similarly, time, once passed, does not come back. The hand of the clock moves forward, not backward. This is the greatest reality of time.
Therefore, cherish the time you have. Spend it in good deeds, worship, and useful activities. Do not let free time be wasted in backbiting, curiosity, or idle talk.
Do not consider time as gold; it is much more precious than that.
