Benefits
Peanuts contain protein, calcium, vitamin B6, B1, vitamin D, vitamin E, phosphorus, fat, thiamine, niacin, iron, folic acid, copper, folate, phosphorus, and beneficial fiber.
Strengthens the immune system, heart and blood vessels, bones, teeth, falling hair, protects against Alzheimer's and cancer, reduces the effects of aging, lowers cholesterol, removes toxins
Disadvantages
1. Eating peanuts causes acidity in the stomach. Eat it in moderation, eating too much increases the heat in the stomach, which also causes digestive problems. And the heart feels nauseous. Jaundice patients should not eat it at all.
2. It is a major cause of respiratory disease because it contains oil, which causes shortness of breath. Asthma patients should avoid eating peanuts.
3. Eating too many peanuts increases the risk of itching in the body and dryness in the head. Avoid eating it daily because it is both oily and dry and contains aflatoxin contamination, phytic acid content which cause dryness.
4. Pregnant women should avoid eating peanuts because they are dry and can cause allergies, so avoid them during pregnancy. It contains a large amount of folate which is harmful.

6. It increases the amount of sodium in the body, which can also lead to high blood pressure and heart disease.
